About this house rental
Family-friendly, comfy year-round 3-br house in the heart of The Green Mountains. Winter adventurists can enjoy skiing, ice skating and snowmobiling nearby at Stratton Mountain or in Manchester. Only 10 minutes to Bromley Mountain and 15 minutes to Stratton for legendary local skiing. Plenty of southern Green Mountain skiing within 30-40 minutes.

The space
The house itself has all the modern amenities you will need in your home away from home. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room allows for seamless comfort and interaction with family and friends. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range. The floor to ceiling fireplace is the focal point of the living room. High speed xfinity internet and dedicated workspace supports remote work. Lower-level rec room has a TV, pool table and board games. A love seat and small table allow for fun nights after a fun day of activity. Plenty of room for ski and boot storage, hiking and riding gear.

3 TVs – all with Roku's for your streaming accounts, games, books, and a pool table.

Getting around
The house has space to accommodate up to 4 cars in the driveway. You will need a car to get around and a 4/all-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months because we typically get a lot of snow, and the driveway is long. Grocery stores are in Manchester which is 10 min away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very close to town and activities. We enjoyed the game room, fireplace and recliners. The kitchen was fully stocked and very functional. We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us. The house was clean and communication with the host was awesome. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool table and games. We also enjoyed stargazing from the back deck. We will definitely be back in the future.

There are many wonderful things about this property. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen and there is a pool table. However, the tvs never worked, although we texted the owner twice and he said he'd give us a new remote. The outside areas were covered in moss and not to comfortable for sitting. The biggest drawback for me was that the house had poor lighting that was fun and inconvenient.
