About this house rental
We call this house "Goldilocks" because it is just right for a family or group stay for upto 6 people; spacious and comfortable with plenty of sitting and sleeping options.
Step onto the new 3/4 wrap deck in the spring/summer/fall and enjoy the smell of evergreens with a view of the manicured golf course. Listen to the birds chirp while you drift into an afternoon nap outdoors. Get a glimpse of golfers. Love VanGogh paintings, well he would perch himself here to capture the beautiful fall foliage.
Easy to manage meals/snacks with an open floor concept giving everyone the ability to watch TV, play your favorite board game or just hang out from the upstairs living+family+dining and kitchen area.
This house is no fuss. Perfect for quality family gatherings. Light-up the fireplace for S'mores time. Plenty of firewood available year-round. Newly installed Anderson windows and doors keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Spacious new deck to enjoy a relaxing cocktail, star gazing or morning coffee. Scenic indoor/outdoor setting.
Added perks include: (1) walking distance to Stratton Village and Chapel of the Snow; (2) golf-course access for some hush-hush golfing practice after 6pm; (3) sledding on the golf-course in the winter (4) access to mountain creek flowing through the property for quick toe dipping or filling your water canteen.
