About this house rental
Next to the River Arts District, minutes from Downtown Asheville. Spectacular Modern Eco-friendly house with a hot tub and amazing mountain views. Designed for large groups and special occasions. The home over looks the French Broad River and the Biltmore Estate.
We are centrally located on the Greenway bike paths and 2 miles from the center of downtown. At most, we are a short Uber to all the local attractions. For those who like to walk, the Asheville Adventure Center is right next door. Homegrown Restaurant and the Cascade Lounge are a short walk to the West. 12 Bones, the Wedge and the River Art Galleries are a short walk East. Following the bike path about a mile East leads to the amazing New Belgium Brewery Complex, Pleb Winery and Summit Coffee.
Our Upstream Sanctuary is close to everything Asheville has to offer. This house is directly across from the River, Carrier Park, bike paths, the green way and a boat ramp. There are also outdoor activities just next door at Climbmax or drop your tube in the river and enjoy a float! Check out our video tour to see more.
