Dogs are allowed - we permit 2 dogs under 50lbs each, with a pet fee of $150. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Due to our insurance, dogs are restricted by breed so the following breeds are not allowed on property: Akida, Armenian Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, any Wolf hybrid.
WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS
We allow weddings and special events on our property. We allow up to 80 guests (including guests staying at the home). There is an event agreement, an event fee and event cleaning fee dependent on the total amount of guests and vendors that will be on the property. Please send an inquiry prior to booking.

This is the most wonderful home and property. Everything is sparkling clean and the hosts go over and above anything I could’ve expected. The house has the most well stocked kitchen of any home we’ve ever rented, including spices, oils and vinegars, etc. The host were very generous with all the toiletries and paper products.There is plenty of room on the spacious deck for a big group to eat outside and watch beautiful sunsets. There were lots of games going on at both the big round table in the kitchen and the large table in the dining room. Kids enjoyed the basement area.Houses responded very quickly and were great to work with.

The house is just wonderful--very spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything (including 2 dishwashers). The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the game room and jacuzzi were great fun . We were nine, ranging from 9 to 78, and we all loved the house and the fact that we could come together but separate when privacy was desired.Outside, the deck is large and comfortable with phenomenal mountain views. Sitting on the deck was beyond peaceful, as there are no other houses nearby, and there is no vehicle traffic. The only sound was birdsong--and lots of it. Delightful.The fire pit was a hit in the evening, especially for the s'more lovers.Our host could not have been more accommodating. She responds quickly and is very helpful.Our whole family loved our time there, and we hope to return next summer.

My fiancé and I reached out to Zoe last summer to inquire about hosting a small wedding on the property and we truly could not have had a better experience! From the beginning she was extremely helpful and communicative. The house and property are absolutely breathtaking, including the gardens. We spent three nights at the house with our immediate friends and family and had a small 20-person wedding that Saturday. Zoe answered questions and helped me with planning for months leading up to the wedding. Every room in the house is beautifully designed and was perfect for entertaining. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for our guests. The kitchen was great for serving a large number of people and they even had a smoker on sight so we could prepare barbecue for the wedding. Most of our reception took place on the deck outside and everyone raved to us about what a great time they had. At the end of the night it was great to relax by the fire pit and enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna. This home is truly magical and I hope we can visit again some time in the future. 10/10 would recommend for a small wedding or just a vacation!
