This house was perfect for our 3 generations of guests, ages 4-59. It was "as advertised" in all respects. The location is ideal, given that Asheville bans short-term rentals and this house is just outside of city limits. It's an easy 15-20 minutes drive to downtown shopping and restaurants, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and craft breweries. The house was spotlessly clean, and was easily the best-stocked rental house we've experienced - no worries about bringing or buying trash bags, toilet paper, etc.. We did use the kitchen for a few meals; again, the house was very well-stocked with items that you hate to buy for one or two meals (spices, oil, etc.), which was nice. The kids (ages 4-17) loved the game room and arcade area, especially the pool table and shuffleboard. The deck, with its many amenities, is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet, and traffic very light. A couple of minor issues were responded to within an hour, and fixed the same day by a very friendly maintenance staff. Overall, the best vacation house experience we've had.

The house was perfect for our large group. Every detail is well thought out to make the stay comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

10/10 spot for a bachelor party. The house is loaded with fun activities, amenities were great, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and is a short ride into town. Would recommend for any group looking for a fun reunion.
