This is a brand new Condo built recently by TAO Mexico. One of the premier Condo Builders in Mexico. The location is central to the best Beaches and Cenotes in all of Mexico. Also located between Playa Del Carmen and the fabulous city of Tulum with all its wonderful attractions. The property had everything a person could want and more than one would hope to have in a short rental. The owner was very helpful in locating places to eat and things to do and was very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay there again.

The condo was better than advertised!!! And the house was super helpful… giving us tips on great restaurants and beaches to visit. The condo is surrounded by beautiful grounds and has its own lagoon with tons of fish! Everything about this Condo was awesome!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Very neat and clean. The check in process was simple, the owner was wonderful to work with. I had a billion questions and he was quick to respond to every single question. We rented a second condo in the next building and he helped me with questions on that one as well! We were there for Super Bowl and he gave me ideas of where to watch and where not to watch. I had forgotten something in the building after check out and he let me back in to grab my bag with no issue at all. The space is very modern and beautiful. If you are looking for a low key place to stay with a pool and the beach not far away this is your place! The atmosphere is very relaxing, the grounds are clean and beautiful as well. The beach is not too far away and the lagoon on site was incredible. The walk to the lagoon was fun walking through the jungle. So many fish to see- not crowded at all. Akumal isn’t far- around 10 minutes and you can find restaurants, shops, and a general store. There is a convenience store just a short walk down the road that has nearly everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again without a doubt. You won’t find a more helpful host!

The host was easily reachable and helpful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and with a well supplied. Kitchen.
Beach was a hike but drivable with parking available if necessary. It was pretty, but not easy to swim. Great restaurants about 10/15 minute drive. A car is definitely recommended for the stay.
