I can’t say enough good things about this property. Especially for the price and proximity to the water. It’s in a protected cove with coral. I’m an open water swimmer and I picked this property to be able to swim and it was perfect. It’s a great place to stay too if you want to snorkel right in front of the property.
The only thing I can say is that if you think you’re coming to this area in Mexico and paying less for meals and drinks, you’re going to be surprised. You will need to leave the Bay Area to find inexpensive meals, and drinks.

Location
The beds were not ready so we have had to wait, we found a cockroach and many ants so I didnt feel comfortable to eat or leave my grocery in there.
