This beautifully upgraded, oceanfront, corner condo, is located on the second floor, with easy access to the beach walkway. Relax on the balcony with great views of the ocean, sunsets, and the outdoor pool. The light & bright, freshly painted in 2025 living area has plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa and loveseat where you can comfortably enjoy your favorite shows on the cable TV. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops, a stacked washer/dryer, and space to dine at the new six-person table.
The primary bedroom features its own TV, a ceiling fan, private balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom, also with new paint and comforters, located near the second full bathroom, is perfect for the kids.

Ocean, pool, and waterslide

We love APATB because of the amenities--indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, mini golf, and especially the water slide (perfect for everyone from little kids to adults). This is one of the best units. It's spacious and since it's on the 2nd floor it has a good view of the ocean. It's a corner unit, on the side near the outdoor pool. The unit was clean. Necessities such as trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a roll of tp for each bathroom, and a few dish and laundry tabs were provided. There's enough kitchenware to cook every meal (which we did). Vacasa's communication was great. We had a great trip. Thanks!
