The home was very nice. Kitchen had everything you need plus more. The trash can in the living because of a leak I was told about at the time of entry for my rental point was very bad. You pay a hefty price for cleaning but you have to remove sheets and towels yourself. Called about garage disposal not working and never got a call back from the realty company.

Wonderful penthouse for our 7 person family. Wel appointed, near the beach, good porches, elevator to 3rd floor, but it was dirty when we arrived.

Spacious, well-appointed but no soaps or garbage bag. Tv was Roku and mostly required subscriptions. Very satisfactory for family group of 7.
