Welcome to your ideal coastal getaway, perfectly situated just a five-minute walk from the sandy shores of Atlantic Beach. This spacious three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex offers the comfort and convenience you need for a relaxing vacation, with room to comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
Inside, you’ll find an inviting open floor concept designed for gathering with family and friends. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare everything from quick beach snacks to full family dinners.
Two of the bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, including the primary suite, creating private retreats for rest and relaxation. A third bedroom and additional bathroom provide flexibility and comfort for the whole group. Thoughtful design ensures that everyone has the space they need to unwind after a day of adventure.
Step outside to enjoy coastal living at its finest. Two private decks with comfortable outdoor seating provide the perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking in the refreshing ocean breeze. An outdoor shower is also available, making it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.
The location couldn’t be better, you’re just a short drive from local highlights, including the scenic Elliott Coues Nature Trail (about three minutes away) and the lively Circle in Atlantic Beach (about six minutes away), where you’ll find shops, dining, and entertainment. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

1st time to NC coast—great time!

Overall, the house was a nice spot to relax while at the beach. Quiet neighborhood, and the walk down to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the value for what we got was great. We loved the open floor plan upstairs and the fire pit as well!
Just wish there had been beach chairs/umbrella/etc available for us to use so we didn’t have to bring them from out of state or rent. We did have a couple minor things we noticed upon arrival, but a quick call to the Spectrum rental office resolved our problems. The only other thing worth mentioning is that we feel like the house could have been cleaned a little better prior to our arrival.

Relaxing, pretty space, well-equipped kitchen, easy walk to beach and short drive to shopping. Nice to have 2 decks plus outdoor space in back.
