This is a cozy second-story room that has a comfy King-size bed, it is good for up to 2 people. AC, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a few games to have fun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & snorkeling masks are provided for you to use.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, induction burners, toaster, coffee maker, and more.
Enjoy your morning coffee or a pre-dinner cocktail on the lanai (balcony) overlooking the pool and garden.
This quiet and peaceful complex has beautiful tropical gardens with banana trees, exotic flowers, and green lawns surround. You will love to enjoy the Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and Old Hawaiian charm.
You DO NOT need a car when you stay in this very convenient location. If you have a car, The free parking lot is available first come with a permit that you get from font-desk when you check in, If this lot is filled up, free overflow is also available on the street. Parking is limited and not guaranteed.

This studio is clean and updated. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. No surprises !The one thing I will mention is that the area of Alii Drive is a bit shabby and not vibrant like it once was. There is a lot of renovation underway so high hopes for the future

We loved the faced that the beach was across the street and we were centrally located and could walk to restaurants and shopping. The room had all the amenities to cool in our room and the balcony was great to enjoy our meals. The pool was nice as well

Property was close to shopping venues.Eateries were limited. Parking was difficult. A car is necessary if you want to visit other areas along the Kona Coast it is not walkable. Parking stalls were tight. Handicap parking was non-existent. There are two spots however they are occupied by the residents that live there. No handicap parking for visitors/renters. Very disappointed with lack of access, I don't thinking the property conforms to ADA standards. Brought that issue up with 1st Island Realty. Didn't receive any return call or response. Also sent notice that the smoke detector was chirping, she replied that it was frogs. Smoke detector chirped all night. Front desk staff just removed the detector. Again no response from 1st Island Realty. Overall location is central. but lack of parking and distance to shopping like KTA or Sac and Save are 18-20 min walks. Walmart 26 min walk is a concern. Lack of responses from 1st Island Realty, the property owner is also disappointing.
