Wildlife enthusiasts will delight in the chance to spot moose, elk, deer, and a variety of bird species in their natural habitats. This property is located in a rural location. Please be advised that the last 4 miles leading up to the cabin are dirt and gravel and it is a bumpy ride which once you see the views and experience the peace and quiet we think you'll realize its ALL worth it!

In the WINTER months Island Park transforms into a winter wonderland, and attracts snow mobilers from all over with its 950 miles of groomed trails.
The roads and driveway of Huckleberry Hideaway are plowed regularly but be prepared to wake up to a snow covered car and driveway as Island Park can get a foot of snow overnight. I HIGHLY recommend that you bring a vehicle with 4-wheel drive AS WELL as chains, just in case! It is the mountains and extreme weather conditions are possible so please come prepared. The roads get groomed at 6" but there are often snow drifts that may accumulate prior to the snow plow coming through. Please message me with any questions or concerns before booking!
