Welcome to your Island Park basecamp—just a short drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. This home is set up for comfortable group stays, sleeping up to 12 guests with 7 beds and 1.5 baths. It’s a great fit for families and groups looking for a relaxed place to gather, unwind, and enjoy everything the Yellowstone area has to offer.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 4: 2 full beds + 2 twin beds
Inside, you’ll find a cozy, lived-in cabin atmosphere that feels easy to settle into. The layout works well for groups, with space to gather for meals and relax after long days exploring the park and surrounding area. The kitchen is simple and fully functional for everyday cooking, with all the basics needed for group meals and easy prep. A dedicated coffee station adds a welcoming morning touch, perfect for starting the day at your own pace.
Step outside and enjoy classic mountain evenings made for relaxing and connecting. The outdoor space includes seating for unwinding together, a BBQ grill for simple meals, and a fire pit for late-night conversations under the stars. It’s a comfortable setup for enjoying the fresh mountain air in a quiet, natural setting.
The location offers a true Yellowstone-area experience—peaceful and tucked into nature, while still providing convenient access to world-famous scenery, wildlife, and outdoor recreation. From this home, guests can easily reach the West Yellowstone entrance, scenic drives, hiking trails, fishing spots, and year-round outdoor adventures. Island Park itself is known for its wide-open landscapes, forested surroundings, and abundant wildlife, creating a peaceful backdrop that feels far removed from busy city life while still keeping essential amenities and adventure within reach.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
