This property was perfect for me. I was in town for a horse show at the Events Center, and the house was less than 5 minutes away! The house is impeccable! Very clean and very cute. I left a number of things behind, and Karen was kind enough to get it all sent back to me.

Lovely and simple place in the charming older part of Montrose near Lions Park and its trail system along the arroyo. Super clean. Nicely restored home with new wood floors throughout (not bathroom; tiles there). Friendly neighbor. Peaceful backyard with table and umbrella. I took one point off only because there are some pretty lux VRBO rentals out there! This is clean and basic with a nice kitchen, good floor plan. Washer and dryer.

Montrose and the surrounding area have a lot to offer and this place is a clean, comfortable home away from home. The owner was flexible in certain aspects of our stay, which was much appreciated. We would stay again.

The house is a cute grey with red door. We arrived late afternoon, couldnt get the keyless lock to work, but the owner very graciously sent her son over with a set of keys. The washer and dryer were a nice surprise! We didnt use the stove, I dont cook when on vacation. I am 77 and my hubby is 80 (ALZHEIMERS). Our toilets at home r much higher, we both struggled with the low one. Karen has some really neat and intersting decorating items. Love the red! When we were first married we bought our house about 5 blocks south of this one so we knew the area well. Karen has thought of everything needed! Thanks! Sherri

My husband and I are on a 2 week Colorado road trip and this place was just what we needed halfway through. House was extremely clean, bed was comfy and house had everything we needed to feel right at home. Super cute, safe neighborhood walking distance to two parks. The listing was spot on. And the little touches to detail were a nice touch - big fluffy bath towels, blankets to lounge on the couch, firepit and grill are there if you wanted. Black canyon of the Gunnison entrance was literally 25 minutes away. The town has several grocery stores as well as many options to eat. Book this place if you can , you won’t be disappointed!

The place was clean. The elm bugs came through the screens but that was disclosed in the listing. I just kept the window above my bed closed at night. There is an electronic lock as well as a doorknob lock and, force of habit, I turned the knob lock which locked us out, but the host was quick to come unlock the door.
