Located at the south edge of the downtown commercial district. Within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, parks and Grand Traverse Bay. A beautiful historic neighborhood with tree lined streets borders the condo, one block to the west. It is a great neighborhood to take a walk.
***There are a few free designated parking spaces directly behind the condo building. These are on a first come first serve basis.
Additional parking is available to the public at Old Town Parking Garage (125 E. Eighth Street) is located steps from the building. For more information, visit the parking garage`s website online.
Need more room? Book the `Jack` Capri Condo as well. It is right next door...literally the front doors are 3 feet apart and exclusively share the garden level hallway! Booking both spaces will accommodate a party of 8. That means 4 beds, 2 full baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms....2 of EVERYTHING!
