First, let me say that the place was really good. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay in the house and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. We were in town for a Tampa Bay game and was very excited to find a place so close to the stadium. We were able to walk with no problem to the stadium and had a lot of great options nearby for food.
Pros
We were very close to the airport. Room enough for all 7 of us to stay comfortably. We had ample space and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The place was clean and with 2 wet bars and 3 refrigerators I think we had more than enough space for anything we would have needed. The rooms where clean. You could tailgate from the house if you wanted.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but the layout of the place is a little weird. If you want to cook on a stove the only stove is in the outdoorish kitchen. We didn't cook so it wasn't a big deal. There were lots of doors to the outside of the house not just a front door and a backdoor. There also seemed to be a lot of extra appliances floating around the yard. None of it was in our way mind you and we never felt like it was cluttering the spaces we used, but it was still a little odd.
Overall, we enjoyed the house and never felt like we regretted any part of the rental. The host responded to emails/text fairly quickly. Be mindful of the check-in and check-out times. I would stay again if I was in Tampa with a big group.

The location of the property was ideal for a large group in town for a concert at Raymond James. I wasn’t given checkin info until I pulled into the driveway. A/C worked well for a hot august. This home accommodates a large crowd. There were not enough towels or wash clothes to accommodate even having even 1 of each for each person. Nowhere near enough utensils to accommodate that number. Very minimal stock on kitchen supplies. Questions were asked of the host shortly after check in and there was no response until check out.
