Time for a tour: open the front door and you’ll immediately see a space awash in natural light. Beachy blue walls and light floors and kitchen cabinets enhance the wide-open feeling. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare a snack or a full meal, and the open plan means the chef won’t be left out of the fun while they cook. When it’s time to eat, the adjacent dining area seats six.
When it's time to head out and explore, you're in luck. Sea Colony gives you access a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), a hot tub, sauna, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle and year-round security. If you're a tennis player, Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
When you return in the evening, have a cocktail on your private deck, retire to your comfortable sofa and flip on the flatscreen for a little TV before bed. But don't stay up too late – you've got a busy day of exploring tomorrow.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

I have been renting townhomes at Sea Colony for over 20 years. My family has enjoyed each of our weekly long stays in different condos. The properties are well apportioned and the many pools, fitness center, tram, and beach are accessible and enjoyable. Sea colony is well managed and the check-in and check-out process quite easy.

Always say to my kids, remember it’s a beach house. This unit felt like home. Very clean and appointed. Will rent this home again.

Everything worked out great. The unit was ready a few hours early, the place was clean and well maintained. The owners even had a few extras like a folding chair and beach umbrellas. It was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is located in the older part of Sea Colony but still in a great place with easy access to the tram and pools. Great condo for a family of 6. I have 4 kids and they loved the loft. The two bedrooms were nicely furnished with very comfortable mattresses. I would encourage the owner/Vacasa to check the cleanliness of the home. The deck was unusable due to the dirt and leaves everywhere.
