We liked how it was in a private community, close to the beach.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.. I feel like more things could’ve been more clean, it is a little outdated but we will be back next year!!!

Loved the tree-lined, well kept grounds. It was very peaceful. Loved having fairly easy access to the beach and using the fitness center and it's amenities (sauna, hot tub).
No one at Booking.com or at Sea Colony or Vacasa told me the tram to the beach wouldn't be running during my stay. Was also disappointed that the pool near my unit and at the beach were closed. I called Booking and Sea Colony a few times before I came down to check on things and no one ever mentioned it. I also think it's robbery to charge $25 per person for a parking pass and badge to use the amenities. I was not informed of that additional charge until after I had paid for my reservation. Did not like that some of the cookware was very dirty and was put away as clean.
