About this apartment rental
1st-floor condo, end unit with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Oceanview condo is located one block from the beach and a short walk to access. The bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The living room has a brand NEW queen sleeper sofa. Additional half bath. Washer/dryer in unit. Stocked Kitchen, wifi & SMART TV, balcony & pool. Quiet location within walking distance to the Tiki Bar. All linens provided.
Located on the north end of the Island. Quiet location. Ocean View can be seen from the condo. 2 minutes to Freeman Park (4x4 drive on beach ) and 5 minutes to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping.
Plenty of parking in the lot at the building or park under the covered area. Use parking pass provided at all times.
Access through Canal drive or Carolina Beach Ave. Located on the north side of the island right before the 4x4 drive on beach (Freeman Park). Unit has boat/trailer parking
Property has a Ring Doorbell camera outside of front door.

My husband and I were extremely IMPRESSED!! The energy was high vibing, the unit was wonderfully appointed and it was the "small things" like the note pad on the fridge that made me smile! Everything was clean, peaceful and we will DEFINITELY request this unit!! LOVE LOVE the high vibes!!
