Just 1 block from the beach w/a resort pool in this newly renovated & professionally decorated 1 BR, 1.5 bath condo. Memory foam mattresses w/fresh linens, a well stocked kitchen w/granite countertops, stainless appliances, beach towels & chairs, cooler, boogie boards & beach toys, FL washer/dryer, High Speed WiFi, Roku & Cable TV. We even provide a Pack N' Play for our littlest travelers!

The space:
Stay at Carolina Beach in comfort and style in this professionally decorated, updated condo with ocean, marsh and pool views. The top notch finishes throughout the condo include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam mattresses in bedroom and on the sleeper sofa, front loading washer/dryer and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. As well as everything you need for the beach: chairs, towels, cooler, sand resistant beach blanket, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys! We even include a variety of board games, Starbucks coffee and two tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony to enjoy the views. We even have a pack n’ play available for our littlest vacationers!
Fireworks every Thursday from July-Sept.
Live music, bonfires, great eats, ice cream and a family friendly atmosphere just 1 block away at the Carolina Beach Pier Tiki Bar every Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Guest access
You will have FULL access to the entire unit: one bedroom with a Queen bed, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, a private deck with ocean and pool views and access to all our community has to offer!
You will not have access to the maid’s closet, but you will have access to cleaning supplies, a broom, mop and vacuum.

Place was nice and clean and had everything you’d need, even down to beach chairs, toys and towels. Property was nice and my daughter loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Island Dream!! It had everything we needed! The kitchen was full of pans, dishes, and a few cooking staples. Everything was nicely labeled and the beach accessories were awesome! The owners were great at communicating and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall the condo was great, very clean and neat and the host was easy to communicate with. Upon our arrival there was only one bedroom and a sleeper couch when it clearly states on the website 2 bedrooms. We had 2 couples, both of us in our 40s and disappointed that one couple had to sleep in the living room. The response I got from her was just an apology stating it was VRBO's fault. We still loved the area and the condo is very nice and clean. It wasnt until I was messaged asking what we did with her throw pillow that I got upset. I dont need a throw pillow nor do I want one. As an adult with homes of my own, I did find this very rude, and disrespectful. I do understand that there are groups of people who do not respect others belongings, but hopefully at the time of check out, how neat the home was left could have been an indication of our decency.
