The condo was very large and comfortable. The view was amazing and the grounds and pool area were very well kept. The condo could use some updates, but was fine for what we needed.

Overall our experience at the North Breakers was very good. The location on a quiet, residential street adjacent to the coastal marshes is nicely isolated from the neighboring properties. The view from the living room and master suite is spectacular, and almost makes it hard to go out. The effective e-mail and text message communications with the property management made check-in, our stay, and check out trouble-free.

Long weekend for a girls get away. Condo was dated but that gave it character. Place is huge. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Million-dollar view of the ocean.

The view from this property was exquisite! But once you got past that, the shabby furnishings were revealed. We were surprised and disappointed the property was not pet friendly to small dogs. Given the condition of the flooring and the furniture, there should be no worry. The mattress in the master was so worn out that we had to relocate to another room—not what we paid for. However, the layout of the property was great with plenty of room to host guests in private quarters. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. The other tenants were friendly and welcoming. The general maintenance guy was a huge help with basic information, and he could be easily found working on projects around the grounds.Overall, we enjoyed our stay but found the price too high for the condition of the unit itself.
