Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

This is our second stay in these accommodations. They suit us very well for how we want to live for vacation week. The children love the bunk beds. I love all the space and the view from the 4th floor. We have already secured this unit for next summer.

Another wonderful year at SSI. Awesome townhouse. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean beach. SSI has some great restaurants.

We liked the location. We also had family in 1504Wood Ave. Just a hop and a skip. We like East End condos. Other family stays in other condos. Beach is accessible, although it’s a trek. We are already booked for next year.

The space is great and in a great location! The pool was quiet and only a short walk to the beach! There was some confusion with the cleaning crew and the unit wasn’t ready for check in at 4:00. But, other than the late check in, it was wonderful!
