We love this locations for many reasons. Its a new construction. The property is in a community that is very tranquil. You can walk to the community pool or gym. The views are amazing.
Its own entrance. Bedroom with its own bathroom. Has microwave, mini fridge, Keurig/Regular coffee maker. Flat-screen Samsung smart 55' TV. I’m available to help for special occasions or any reasonable amenity.

· No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.

_All guest are required to comply with Cathedral City noise and outdoor activity. Enjoying the property

This is our second stay here, which should say all that needs to be said about this great property! It's close to the interstate but in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs too. The hosts are FANTASTIC...communicate well and timely. We are very appreciative of the little touches that make it feel like home: toiletries, coffee, snacks, and more.
We'll likely return!

The host was amazing as well as this place!! Location was great, pool area was perfect and I can’t say enough about the property! Would definitely stay here again without hesitation! One of the best places I have stayed at and the kindness of the hosts with snacks, cups/plates, amenities and pure kindness was top notch!
