Overall, great house and location. Love the little touches like the welcome basket with things like toothbrushes, laundry detergent and playing cards. The space was perfect for a group with teens, who could use the downstairs space to their liking and the adults had their separate upstairs space. A few issues or recommendations…We didn’t have a heated pool until Friday (despite multiple conversations with the rep from the management company), so swims were brief and only at the hottest part of the day. The back deck is great- but the first step off the kitchen stairs is a trip hazard- I would recommend marking that so people remember it’s there. Then just little things like no throw blanks to use on the couches, the ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work (there is a large ice maker down stairs, but not ideal if you just want to fill up a glass), and some of the pillows are old and need to be replaced asap.

The house was perfect and very clean. Lots of space for everyone. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped.
Our only issue was the cold pool. We paid during the week to have it warmed and I don’t think it was - not enough for the cost anyway. The kids still got in a little.
Overall, it was great! I would stay there again!!

House NEEDS maintenance. Internet photos are inaccurate and is of a NEWLY remodeled house. Venetian blinds are old and fell off when opening or closing. Only one washcloth provided for party of 6. NO potholders for handling hot dishes. King bedroom bathtubs need remodeling. Need rubberized mats for stepping out of all showers. Tiles are slippery and dangerous when WET. Including outside foyers. Outside plastic chairs were cracked by previous renters.
