My family spent the week of Christmas in this spacious, dog-friendly home on a quiet cul de sac at Lake Lanier, which was beautifully decorated for the season. The three floors meant two sets of stairs, but nothing that was a problem. We spent a lot of time playing games and doing puzzles on the large kitchen table, as well as sitting in the sunroom looking out at the lake. And several mornings we were fortunate enough to see deer walking around the backyard.The theater room downstairs got a lot of use, and we also used the gas grill on the downstairs deck one evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed, and Ray was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The garages were also a great feature. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great multi-family vacation at this property. Large home, with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of activities in and around the house. Property manager was very fast and detailed with communication.Only point of constructive feedback is the pest management. We observed quite a few

No. The coffee pot did not work. The Nespresso machine did not work and we did not have K cups for the Keurig so not tried. The queen pull out bed down stairs is not comfortable. Hard to classify as a “bed”. Everything else was good or as expected.
