Located on the desirable south end of Lake Lanier, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Kayak, paddle boards, easy walk to boat dock, pool table, grill, private/heated salt water pool, spa, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. This 7,000 square foot home is on deep water with sweeping lake views and an easy walk to the dock and water. 5 King beds, 1 queen bed, 7 singe beds, 6.5 bathrooms. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, restaurants and bars are a short car or boat ride away. Minutes from the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Holiday, Aqualand and Hideaway Bay Marina. At MarKen Manor you’ll never run out of things to do. We have a kayak, paddle boards, boat dock, pool table, two grills, private salt water/heated pool, spa, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. There is a Nest camera on the front of the home. It only shows the front yard and driveway. There is a Ring camera on the front fence facing the street. Other than that you have complete privacy.
The master bedroom is on the top floor with amazing lake views, a king size bed and 2 single beds. It has an en-suite bathroom. There is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds that use the hall bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a king bed that has an en-suite. This is the bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. There is a third bedroom on the same level with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The basement level has 2 bonus rooms that both have king beds and share a large bathroom. Jack and Jill. One of these rooms also has a queen bunk bed with single bed on top. There is private full bathroom off the basement living room and another outside by the pool area. It's our second visit and we had a great time again. The property is amazing. We enjoyed the outside fireplace and hot tub in the evenings. The location is close to shopping and restaurants if needed. There were a bunch of leaves in the pool when we arrived the first night. Mark & Ken had the pool cleaner out the very next morning to handle it. Well done!

Everything was great for our stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. High class home. Pool is a decent size and deep enough prob 5 ft deep at the deep end, better than pics show. Right on lake Lanier. Dock was in great shape. We rented a boat for half a day and pulled right up to the dock, kitchen stocked with essentials, 3 levels, over all comfy beds, master down stairs was a little soft but slept great, close to restaurants. Great place to stay for families. We would definitely like to come back. Thank you

The house was very spacious, great spot on the lake near all the restaurants. Mark and Ken made the check in process super easy.

We loved the outdoor dining areas, fireplace, jacuzzi and pool for our active family gathering. The boathouse was a great docking space for our boat and the paddle boards and fishing poles were an appreciated bonus. The indoor open-floor-plan accommodated lots of family interaction. Perfect spot for our group. Thanks!
