Westelee Estates is a cozy neighborhood in Shady Side, MD, tucked away on the shores of the West River, a few steps from the Chesapeake Yacht Club and just a short boat / jet ski ride to the brilliant Chesapeake Bay -- the largest estuary in the world. You’ll have a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets over the water.
The Private community beach across from the home is off-limits to guests; however we can provide you with a private dock for fishing, a place for your children to play, or a place to relax or picnic nearby.
This 4-bedroom, newly constructed home welcomes you from the hustle and bustle of the city and invites you to settle down in the peace and quiet of life with a water view. The neighboring town of Deale offers water sports and fishing charters, fabulous seafood restaurants and places to crack an abundance of local crabs and oysters. Each season offers its own special highlights and festivals to enjoy in Shady Side, Deale, or even Annapolis -- a short 20 mile drive north -- and don’t forget to include a visit to the United States Naval Academy.
Family dinners are an option with a full service set up in the stunning eat-in kitchen. All the appliances are clean and new and the open concept allows entertaining while preparing meals. If you’d prefer, you can grill in your own backyard, with a beautifully maintained lawn & restful dining table and chairs. And dessert? Don't miss the local soft-serve ice cream parlor -- an absolute MUST!
In addition to the great room, 3 bedrooms have wall-mounted, flat screen TVs. Take advantage of the games available for your stay. The decor is beautifully appointed in blue and white with a casual cottage feel and a seaside atmosphere in all the artwork.
The property has a Ring doorbell and security system. The security system is not active during guest stays. There are two Ring cameras monitoring the front driveway and left side porch for security purposes. Please let your host know if you are uncomfortable with the two ring cameras monitoring the driveway and porch so we can disable them during your stay.

The house fit our family perfectly and a great location for our quick stay to attend the Military Bowl Game in Annapolis! We enjoyed the house it had everything we needed, along with comfy beds! Our only complaint was the floors were dirty and need a very good mopping. We enjoyed the beautiful porch and wished the landscaping was trimmed to see the water. Overall, a great place!

Fantastic place. Went in the middle of march and it was beautiful so I can only imagine how pretty it would be during the summer!!
