About this house rental

Walk to Herrington Harbour South, Rose Haven's 2 acre waterfront park or the market, hair salon, bar and restaurant. The Town of North Beach is 2 miles away with the famous boardwalk, public beach, shops, first Friday farmers' market, etc. Chesapeake Beach is just a few miles more with The Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa, restaurants, grocery, library, railway museum, etc. Annapolis is 45 minutes away and Washington, DC is within 1 hour. The house is all on one floor . Both bathrooms are upgraded with handicap rails. Oversized living room, large dining room and kitchen with an eat in table for watching the birds from the bay window. Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy the comfort of this custom built home. Nice to walk and enjoy nature while spending family time. We have a weekly special with pricing at $225 a night!

All reports from our guests staying in the home were very positive and everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable and very welcoming. All needs were provided perfectly -- comfortable beds, clean linens and towels and clean bathroom and kitchen.Thank you so much to Dawn for sharing her home with us during our son's special Wedding Weekend. The Herrington and Ketch 22 were very convenient and we especially appreciated you letting us offload our luggage early to accommodate a Wedding Rehearsal time! Thanks again for a lovely time, and I would definitely reccommend your home for a lovely place to stay!Janis Hampton

Property was clean and had a lot of amenities. Host was attentive. Restaurants and water views were close by. However rated a 4 Star because freezer wasn't working, all appliances need to be replaced and a lot of updates need to be made.

The house was nice landscaping wasn’t good and the gutters leaked. Needs an update. We had a good time!
