About this house rental
Welcome to my home! I hope that you love it as much as I do. It is an open concept 3 bedroom (two queens and a king) 1.5 bath cottage has a large, fenced yard and backs up to the stunning Quiet Waters Park with its own access gate. The kitchen has a very large island and is fully stocked with condiments for guest use if needed. Parking accommodates 4 cars, and the house is a quick 5-minute drive to either downtown Annapolis or Eastport. The house has two (2) bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath with a fully finished downstairs with electric fireplace and additional king bed and half bath. The back of the house has a cozy 3-season enclosed room with an eating table and lovely views into the large, fenced yard and park.

We were hoping to find a home we could be close enough to the Naval Academy, and we could have plenty of room for our family and our dog. We were very pleased with every aspect of the home! We felt very much at home and there was great communication! I especially loved the oversized Island in the kitchen, the quiet surroundings, and it was spacious!

We were in town to see my oldest son get married. My wife and I, our youngest son and his wife, and their two kids stayed here plus our dog.
Great fenced in backyard for the kids and dog. Beautiful park and playground next door.
