Guest return annually to this lovely condo for many reasons. The suite features an excellent view of the Gulf while being close enough to the water for guests to hear the sounds of the surf. The ample balcony is accessible from the primary bedroom and living room and has comfortable furniture that invites guests to linger. With two full baths, 311s offers everyone plenty of space to ready themselves for all that Wind Drift and the area have to offer. The full-sized washer and dryer and dishwasher make it easy to keep everything clean during your stay. This unit was absolutely perfect for my daughter and me. The property borders a state park, so the beach is not crowded, the views are amazing, the sea turtles in one of the three protected nests actually hatched on our last night there, and we watched the volunteers use their flashlights to help guide them out to sea. The unit is not updated, but very comfortable. Take what you need though, because there are no spices, salt and pepper, coffee, etc. We hope to go back soon! Highly recommend!

My family had a great time. We enjoyed the beach and pool. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony but we also enjoyed the balcony throughout the day. Very satisfied with the accommodations for the price. Would book again!

Good: This is a great location. Not crowded and nice beach experience!
Bad: make sure you register and pay the extra $62 to park or you’ll be stuck outside trying to get to the parking lot. It’s a storage registration for parking and Vacasa doesn’t handle it or make it clear enough during the booking! I’m not the only one who had issues with this. Called Vacasa and they couldn’t help and couldn’t or wouldn’t communicate with the people handling the parking process. Very frustrating! If Vacasa sends you an email that says you’re all set but you haven’t done the second registration for parking you will be very disappointed sitting at the gate wondering how to get in. This is the only really bad thing but it’s a big one as you can imagine! Sitting at the gate with people behind you and you can’t back out or get in. You’ve paid all that money but they need $62 more dollars to park and make a fool of yourself.
