Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The 3 check-in codes emailed to us did not work. Had to call for help. The unit itself was nice, comfortable, and beautiful as advertised. Loved the location, balcony, and view. However, we will not stay at Lei Lani again due to the horrible, sluggish, hot, and smelly elevators. At one point the elevators were not functioning at all.

We loved our stay at Lei Lani! The wrap-around deck with the fantastic views of the gulf was the highlight. We were a group of friends enjoying a get-away together and really appreciated having three separate bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for quick easy meals and became our morning gathering place. The location of Lei Lani was great - all of the restaurants were close by. The beach was not very crowded compared to recent trips to Seaside and 30A. We had one snafu with the code to the door not working, but that was quickly fixed by the rental manager. If you arrive in the afternoon, parking can be tight but we found there were extra spaces at night and in the mornings. We will be back - highly recommend!

The condo was clean and updated. The property and pools need a little update but they were not terrible. It was nice that it was a smaller property so less people compared to the bigger properties we have stayed previously. The mattress in the room was absolutely terrible though. It had huge dips and valleys and my husband and I woke up hurting every morning. The bed in the kids room was this way too. Would not stay again unless the mattresses were all replaced. Oh and kitchen needs a few more basics like hot pads for the oven.
