This area of Orange Beach is away from crowds but a short drive to stores and attractions. Lei Lani has an indoor and outdoor pool, a fishing pier, and an outdoor pool across the street at Lei Lani Village. WiFi is available throughout the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view is excellent. Very roomy. This property is clean but needs some painting. Beds are uncomfortable but very roomy.

Outlet cover missing in the master and kids room(called maintenance and they corrected. AC unit could not keep up and condo NEVER got below 75. Master bed needs replaced badly. Patio door in master handle was loose and very hard to open. Pour selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Fridge worked good, freezer worked well too. Carpet is in bad shape and needs replaced.
On site maintenance guy was a complete ass. We had a RV and there are three spots dedicated for trailers and RV’s. We went to eat out and spots were taken so I parked as close to the wall I could and was not in the way of traffic outgoing or in coming. He pounded extremely loud at 8:00 am and we have kids sleeping in a bit. He was rude and would not listen to reasoning behind why I parked where I parked. I mentioned that the HOA was probably ban them from parking, but at the time of my arrival that was not the case. To say the least we will not be booking at this location on our next trip down.
