We enjoyed our stay overall and especially appreciated the waterfront location, canal views, pool, and outdoor space. The owner was responsive and communicated promptly whenever we had questions. The kayaks were a great amenity, and exploring the canal was one of the highlights of our trip. The beach equipment and cooler were also appreciated and made our outings more convenient. One of the reasons we selected this property over other available rentals was the variety of advertised amenities, including the jetted tub, fishing gear, bikes, and kayaks. Unfortunately, several of those amenities were unavailable or not fully functional during our stay. We were not informed until the evening of our arrival that the jetted tub was not operational. The listing also advertised fishing gear, but only one fishing pole appeared to be functional during our stay. In addition, both bicycles had flat tires and could not be used even after we attempted to inflate them.We also noticed dust accumulation around several air vents and dark discoloration around some of the ceiling vent areas, particularly near the kitchen, which could benefit from routine cleaning and maintenance.Overall, we had a good vacation and enjoyed the pool, kayaks, beach equipment, waterfront setting, and the owner's responsiveness. However, ensuring that advertised amenities are available and in working condition, and notifying guests before arrival when they are not, would make the experience even better.

Perfect home for our ten-night stay. Home was impeccably clean upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. Owner incredibly responsive and friendly. We didn't cook during our stay, but the kitchen and the entire home was well-equipped for any length of stay. Pool was great and incredibly private from neighboring homes. King bed was VERY comfortable! Perfect Cape Coral location. Very quiet location at the end of the street. Would absolutely stay again and we highly recommend this home to others.
