Stroll to the Yacht Club Public Beach on our beach cruiser bikes, or pack along our beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels and beach toys. Also enjoy the sandy beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Meyers Beach and Cayo Costa just to name a few beautiful beaches Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.
Spacious newer home with all new furnishings, 75" Smart TV in living room and smart TV's in most bedrooms for all your streaming needs. Fully equipped kitchen with extra barstools plus a mini fridge in the pantry. Relax in the indoor a/c with 4 Bedrooms, 2 baths to accommodate up to 9 guests. Pool heated to 82 anything higher may be additional fee.
Location within walking distance to Publix Grocery store, and nearby great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls and golf courses within 4-5 miles. Fly into RSW international airport or PGD National Airport.
Take a quick drive 2 hours north to Tampa and St. Petes, 2.5 hours East to Miami, or 3 hours NE to Orlando and Disney World!

The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was a wonderful addition to our stay. The house had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas that made the beach trip very enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice pool and house was an excellent size. Some aspects need maintenance-e.g no remote for bedroom ceiling fan, outdoor parasols broken. However, more than met our requirements-particularly since it was a complete last minute booking after being let down by another property.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was so nice to come back to after our daytime excursions. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed, but situated to easily get from place to place.
