Hideaway is a beautifully decorated four-bedroom, two full bathroom vacation Villa with amazing conveniences.
Hideaway is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape with Gulf Access near Tarpon Point Marina and wester exposure views.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large game area, with a multi gaming table that features ping pong and air hockey) offering breathtaking views of the pool and lanai. The family room is located behind the kitchen and dining area which features a large sectional couch for watching TV. the den is located behind the living room with French doors and set up as an office.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Hideaway features beautiful décor reflecting the owner taste; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two King size bedrooms and two Queen bedrooms.
The guest suites are on the right side of the home with a shared hallway bathroom, the main suite is on the left side of the home with its own en-suite bathroom and patio access.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining, a bar with TV entertainment, plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, BBQ outside, or just watching amazing sun sets from your boat dock with direct sailboat access to the gulf.

It truly felt like our home away from home (except with better weather and a pool)!! Made it easy, from our very late check-in, to quick answers to text during the stay.

WE HAVE RENTED MANY HOMES THROUGH VRBO ---BOTH IN AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY. SOME THINGS WERE NOT PRESENT IN THIS HOME THAT MADE OUR FIRST DAY A LITTLE LESS RELAXING. WE ALWAYS BUY OUR FOOD FOR THE WEEK. THIS HOME HAD NO:
NAPKINS
SUGAR
TEABAGS / COFFEE
HAND SOAP
THE SUPPLIES FOR CLEANING WERE EXTREMELY LIMITED. WHEN YOU RENT FOR ONE WEEK IT IS NOT FINANCIALLY SENSIBLE OR EVEN CONVENIENT TO HAVE TO GO OUT AND BUY DETERGENT, DISWASHER DETERGENT, SOME BASIC SPICES,
COFFEE, TEA, HAND SOAP, SUGAR. PAPER NAPKINS. THESE ARE VERY BASIC ITEMS THAT CAN MAKE OR BREAK FIRST IMPRESSIONS UPON ARRIVAL.
IN OTHER HOMES WHEN THESE ITEMS WERE LEFT, WE DID NOT MIND REPLACING THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING RENTERS AS WE USED THEM. IN THIS HOUSE EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED OUT WHEN WE ARRIVED MAKING OUR FIRST DAY VERY DIFFICULT AND DEFINITELY MORE TIRING SINCE THEY HAD TO BE PURCHASED IMMEDIATELY.
EVEN THE CLOTHES DETERGENT WAS NOT LEFT (JUST ONE SMALL PACKET)---AND WE HAD TO GO OUT AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER TO GET DETERGENT. BUYING ALL OF THESE ITEMS FOR ONLY A WEEK'S VISIT IS NOT PRACTICAL. LEAVING SOME PODS FOR BOTH THE WASHING MACHINE AND THE DISHWASHER WOULD HAVE BEEN A WELCOME PRACTICE.
EVERYTHING THAT WE BOUGHT WE GAVE TO RELATIVES WHO LIVE NEARBY. WE USUALLY LEAVE WHAT WE BUY FOR THE RENTERS WHO COME AFTER US. WE THINK THAT YOU WOULD HAVE MADE OUT BETTER HAD YOU LEFT SOME MORE NECESSITIES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND BUT NOT INTRUSIVE!!!!!!

Without question i will use Vesteva in the future and i have already recommended it to other friends. Thank you all for making our Golf Holiday a Vacation to Remember. From the first email i sent the responses were very timely and the whole booking experience was simple.
