This condo is perfect for your next beach-cation! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with inviting furniture and a TV. Then, make your way over to the furnished balcony equipped with new carpet and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! A washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay, and all-new central heating and air-conditioning add comfort.

Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our family enjoyed the Tiki bar and all that the Golden Sands had to offer! Our teens enjoyed playing tennis, volleyball, corn hole and shuffleboard! Safe location and close to markets as well as restaurants! We hardly left as they have an ice cream shop, store, bakery & Deli, drinks and food right there! Beach is beautiful and clean! Pool was a nice area as well! Most of the staff we encountered were very friendly! Elevators are the only complaint---you wait forever!!! Our unit was outdated in decor and could use a little TLC but we didn't mind as we were there just to sleep and shower! View was awesome!

The location of the condo was great as far as the beach. Upon arrival it looked as though no one came to clean the room after the guests prior to us. Food and dirt on floors. Walls were marked/banged up quite a bit. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the dishwasher leaked. It did have a newer washer and dryer unit which was very nice.
