The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time in Ocean City. The condo was great, exactly as described. Overall it was very clean, had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. We beach is literally a few steps away, we spent a lot of time walking on the beach and watching the sunrises. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. The boardwalk area is a 10-15 minute drive, and worth the time to visit!
While the condo itself was great, the building as a whole is getting a little run down. There were lights outside of the room not working, it makes it a little eerie walking along an open railing 21 stories up with no lights at night. The condo is on the 21st floor, the top floor for condos. The 22nd floor is where the pool, workout gym, and community rooms are. One of the nights in the community room there was sumo wrestler tap dance practice, and there was a wedding reception another night. Not a deal breaker, just some expected noise to be aware of.
The property management company is OK, not bad, not great. I received endless e-mails demanding the make and model, and license plate number of our vehicle. We were flying in and getting a rental. Even after I called and them we would not know this info until we arrived, they kept sending e-mails requesting this. Other e-mails with questions went unanswered.
We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend staying here! We hope to come back again!

We arrived early Saturday am. Check in was at 4, room was still not cleaned by check in time. WiFi was absolutely horrible, minimal kitchen supplies. If staying with a family more linens should be provided. Location was great and condo was nice. Pull out couch was horrible to sleep on.
