Enjoy all the amenities of home in this first floor, beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Located within a gated community. Fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area & lanai. Parking for 1 vehicle, WiFi, cable TV, utilities & weekly cleaning included. Walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, The Mercato, Publix, movie theaters & restaurants. This first floor unit has all the amenities of home with views of the lake & fountain. You will have access to two community pools, hot tub, 6 tennis courts, bocce court & clubhouse fitness room & facilities, within the gated community.

Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish and Jennifer was very proactive as well as attentive on any of our questions!! The condo is in an excellent location in terms of the main pool within the complex, Vanderbilt Beach and all other amenities such as restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo is equipped with everything one needs and the Beachwalk complex is very peaceful. The lanai and front patio are excellent locations for morning coffee, lunches, reading, etc. The condo is very comfortable and spacious with lovely decor. We so enjoyed our time and look forward to returning!! Thank you, Jennifer.

Very nice condo Great location. Walk to the beach, supermarket and Mercado Shopping Center. Owner was attentive and the unit was clean, quiet and had all necessary kitchen supplies. Furniture and beds we’re comfortable.
