End your day relaxing enjoying adult beverages in the shade on the fully screened-in rear Lanai with Fire Table.

This beautiful brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is just perfect for up to 6 guests, whether it be a family or a few couples vacationing together. For your convenience, we have a combination Coffee Pot/K-Cup Machine, WIFI, & Smart TV with a Basic Xfinity Cable package & you can stream your favorite channels. The Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, & dishes to prepare meals at home or there are some nearby take-out menus from local favorites. We have a BBQ Grill available as well. Additional bedding, towels, & a blow dryer are on site. You are also welcome to use our 2 pedal bikes & Gas Golf Cart so you can explore the Villages.

If you like to be active, make sure to bring your best walking shoes as there are tons of walking & biking paths along tree lines, water retention ponds, & nature preserves. There are over 80 golf courses with the newest Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course just 1 mile away. We also have 2 golf bags available for you.

McGrady's Pub/Restaurant & Sawgrass Grove are just a mile away! These are new kinds of gathering places with a market & entertainment 7 nights a week.

Homestead Recreation Center with a Family Pool is the closest & right across the entrance to our neighborhood, approximately 1,000 feet away. Inside you can play billiards, darts, & table shuffleboard. Outside, you can enjoy the Family Pool & all the activities of shuffleboard, bocce ball, corn toss, horseshoes, pickleball, tennis, a nature trail, & the Villages' first Astronomy Observation Pads.

You'll have access to over 100 Recreation Centers with either a Family, Adult, or Sports Pool at each for you to relax in. At each location, there are a variety of things to do both inside & outside like at Homestead plus other activities such as Various Classes, Card Games, Darts, Air Gun Ranges, Strength Training Equipment, Water Activities, & Food Trucks. There are also bathrooms & equipment storage buildings at each Rec Center that have everything you’ll need to try the activity at that location. There are 4 additional Rec Centers & Pools located within the next 1/2-1 mile from our home. The Citrus Grove Rec Center with Adult Pool is a ½ mile away. Both St. Catherine & Cason Hammock Rec Centers have Adult Pools, & Ezell is the closest Rec Center with a Sports Pool, all 3 are just a mile away.

There are 2 Grocery stores & various restaurants for dine-in or take-out within 4 miles. There are 3 Town Squares that provide free live music every night from 5-9 pm along with many restaurants & shopping, just 7 miles to Brownwood Paddock, 11 miles to Lake Sumter Landing, & 15 miles to Spanish Springs. All these locations are accessible by golf cart.

It's about an hour West to the Gulf Coast & less than 2 hours East to the Atlantic Ocean. We are also just about an hour away from both Sanford & Orlando Airports & the Orlando theme parks.
