About this house rental
This 3BR, 2BA home, in The Village of Citrus Grove, is perfect for your getaway. Enjoy life as a Villager as you jump in your golf cart and visit the many squares where there is nightly entertainment, numerous restaurants, and shops. Additionally, you can go to Edna's On the Green for live music under the oak trees while watching or playing the pitch-and-putt golf course. There are so many amenities in The Villages: pools, golf courses, pickleball and restaurants. You won't be bored here!
Citrus Grove Veranda's.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
This is a PET FRIENDLY HOME. Max of 2 dogs. No Cats. Pet fee is $150 Per Pet
GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
- Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
- We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

We stayed in Squeeze the Day for 3 weeks while waiting to close on our house - The location was perfect for us, also short distance to Sawgrass Grove for entertainment, restaurants and rec facilities. The home was very clean and adequately equipped. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pooch. Golf car was a plus!

My wife and I stayed at the property for a 2nd time. The property was just as clean and nice as the 1st time. We love the house and the location.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this 3 bedroom Veranda. The home was very accommodating for a month-long visit. The screened-in patio was nice to sit in and our pets enjoyed the walled-in, grass back yard.

Hello -
We enjoyed our stay. We really only slept there since my mom lives down the street and my sister is in St Catherine.
It's a cute house and if needed we would rent again.
