You’ll fall in love with this updated Charlotte series golf view villa. It’s beautifully decorated with a little rustic flair to tie in with nearby Brownwood Paddock Square. Only a ten minute drive from the square, shopping and Fenney Recreation Center and walking distance to the nearby adult pool and two executive golf courses!
This golf view villa is fully equipped with everything you need. Linens, towels, dishes, glassware, cutlery and cookware are all brand new and provided for your convenience. Hair dryers, iron, ironing board, blender, 12-cup programmable coffee maker, even corn holders!
The cathedral ceilings give the villa a spacious feel. Ceiling fans and overhead lighting in the living room, lanai and all three bedrooms provide a bright, airy atmosphere day or night.
Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and carpeting throughout! Dining accommodations for six with easy access to the kitchen.
The beautifully appointed living room includes a 60” 4K Ultra HD TV and an amazing view of the golf course! And nothing beats sitting outside on the screen lanai enjoying a beverage and watching the golfers!
The master suite boasts a beautiful king size bed and a 50” 4K Ultra HD TV. Two separate walk-in closets, a double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower round out the luxurious master suite.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a rustic, hand-crafted, solid pine queen size bed, a cathedral ceiling and its own 50” 4K Ultra HD TV. A pocket door allows you to easily turn the guest room into its own private guest suite.
The third bedroom has a queen size bedroom set with a classy western motiff. 100 Mbps Internet and cable TV included. Inside laundry room with full sized washer/dryer.

House is convenient to all The Villages amenities.

From the moment we began the request to reserve the property, the property responded quickly to our inquiries. Our family could not have asked for a better property to celebrate the holidays in The Villages. The best part of the villa was the sunrise each morning from the master suite. We look forward to renting this property in the future.
