New fully furnished home purchased in 2022 is in a great location in the exciting up-and-coming newest area of the Villages: Just a 5 minute walk to Sawgrass Grove, new town center with dining, shops and entertainment. Also a 5 minute walk away is a championship golf course. Best of all, there is a quiet adult pool located in the park area behind the home, where you can easily connect with neighborhood residents. Eight minutes by car to Magnolia Square shopping,. All recreation such as pickle ball, tennis, pool, putting, etc are within a 4 minute golf cart ride to Ezell or Aviary Recreation Centers.
A new auto bridge at Cason Hammock area will soon connect the northern and southern Villages. (Cason Hammock is #14 Green on the Villages map on this website.)
Amenities with utilities, streaming high-speed Internet, trash, lawn service are included.

For bookings longer than two weeks: Lifestyle ID ($50 per couple) gives free golf at Executive courses and discount at Championship courses.
Two extra guests may stay short-term for up to 7 nights at no additonal fee.
Check in after 4 PM.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
