• Forgotten items can be shipped upon request, with a $30 fee + taxes and shipping cost

• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (price for entire stay, includes 1 propane tank) – request at least 3 days in advance
• Pool/spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for entire stay) – request at least 5 days in advance

Pool was dirty. Dead rat in pool area. Property owner had it removed, but the smell lingered for the week.

We arrived Easter Sunday evening, our full party's names had not been passed to the gatehouse so they refused entry to everyone apart from the renter. We tried to call the emergency phone line and direct message the owner but no response until the following day. Gatehouse security eventually agreed to let everyone enter so they didn't have to go to a hotel for the night. The next day the owner gave our names to the gatehouse and the issue was resolved but this gave our holiday a stressful start. **Make sure you receive a gatehouse pass in the name of each member of your party before arriving**Positives- The house was lovely and clean, pool was great, location perfect close to the Oasis club.Negatives - Not enough crockery for everyone and some was chipped and cracked, air hockey didn't work and internet is SLOW!
