There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not warm up without the added pool heat.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 6 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 6 cars per property.
No RVs or trailers allowed in resort

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

House was very clean. Kitchen did provide the basics. Did not pay for the pool to be heated so I guess that’s why the hot tub was not hot. The gas grill that I arranged for separately did work but it did cook unevenly.

Nice property, comfy place to sleep, Pool was nice (although overheated for our stay but property fixed it), easy check in and fun arcade area for the kids!

Bedroom layout was perfect for our family. Older adults stayed in downstairs king rooms. Younger adults and toddlers stayed upstairs. Big open kitchen, dining, and living area was perfect for family gatherings. Heated pool and hot tub were nice. Host was quick to respond to any requests or issues. Traffic was a bit rough in getting around Orlando from this location.
