About this apartment rental
Safe, sunny, spotless on quiet suburban street. Visit family in Kenmore, Tonawanda, Amherst - 22 minute drive to Niagara Falls and 17 minutes to downtown Buffalo. Updated very comfortable apartment filled with natural light.

- portable crib for infants.
The space
- Original glass door built-in kitchen cupboards.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full-size refrigerator, freezer, toaster.
- Large tub and comfortable tall toilet in the bathroom.
Guest access
Keyless entry. Code is in self check-in instructions.
- Parking is available all day and night on Grammercy Pl. facing Tulane. Parking is also available across the street from the house as well but 2 hour parking begins at 7 am on weekdays and ends at 7 pm.
Other things to note
Central Air controlled by the Thermostat on the wall behind the recliner.

- No parking on the house (south) side of Tulane Rd
- 1 pet per reservation, please clean up after pet *especially the yard, keep them off of the furniture, and crated if left alone.
- Late check-out fee: $25 for each hour after 11 am
- $15 for each guest after 3 per night
- Garbage in black tote, recycling in the green tote
- Please run the bathroom fan when showering
- Max 4 adults
-* Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone caught smoking will be fined $250
- I only accept guests 25 years old above
-$250 security deposit might be required depending on the profile and reviews

Cute clean apartment. Darren has all kinds of little things like if you forget your toothbrush/paste you are covered. He thinks of the renter. Very cozy and welcoming. Would stay here again.
