Safe, sunny, spotless on quiet suburban street. Visit family in Kenmore, Tonawanda, Amherst - 22 minute drive to Niagara Falls and 17 minutes to downtown Buffalo. Updated very comfortable 1920's family home1st floor entire apartment.

- Maximum of 1 pet dog is allowed at $100/pet/stay, please make sure they are clean, clean up the yard after them, stay off the furniture, and are kept crated if left alone.
- Garbage in black tote, recycling in the green tote
- No parking on the house (south) side of Tulane Rd
- Max 4 adults
- * Smoking of any kind is not allowed - anyone caught smoking will be fined $250
