One of the highlights of this upper-level space is the balcony overlooking Riverside Park. The Niagara River lies just beyond the park, with Canada across the water, and depending on the season and foliage, guests can enjoy partial glimpses toward the river from the upper level and balcony.
You’ll also be about 10–15 minutes from Downtown Buffalo and 20–25 minutes from Niagara Falls, giving you convenient access to both Buffalo and the Falls.

The house was as described and clean. Cindy, the host, was very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was laid out well and easy to use. Parking is in back, down a fairly narrow driveway on the side of the house, we had two vehicles and parked the bigger one on the street, that was just a bit easier for us. There was plenty of street parking. The neighborhood felt safe and there is a large park just across the street. The checkout instructions were simple and not overly extra. We would stay again.
