Spacious Studio in the Heart of South Beach! Enjoy Miami Beach from this large, stylish studio located right in the City Center of South Beach. The location couldn’t be better—directly across from the brand-new Convention Center, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to Lincoln Road, and a 20-minute drive from Miami International Airport. Surrounded by luxury hotels, fine dining, and elegant shops, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

* CitiBike station right outside the building
* Uber rides around South Beach are usually under $10
* Rides to Wynwood, Downtown, or the airport cost about $16–25
* Parking available for $20 per night (street parking near the building)
⚠️ Note: Miami Beach requires residential parking renewal every 3 days. Regardless of how many nights you book, it is the guest’s responsibility to request renewal. Parking is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation screenshot.

We provide easy self-check-in instructions the day before your arrival. During your stay, we’ll give you all the privacy you need, but we’re only a phone call away if you have any questions or need recommendations.
1. Pets are allowed but a $100 fee will be charged. You must inform us in advance.
2. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be canceled without a refund.
3. If more people are coming than expected, your booking will be canceled without a refund.
4. We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $20/hour will be applied for the extra time of stay.
5. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
6. For any issues or complaints, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.
*** Violation of the house rules will result in cancellation without refund + $400 penalty. ***

The place is close enough to walk to anything. The convention center, the beach and dozens of restaurants. You can also hit the Publix just down the street to stock the fridge which is what we did for the essentials. Overall worth what we paid and for what we were looking for.

Owner is very easy to contact and to reach out. The place is okay. We love that there's hulu, netflix, etc. The washer and dryer helps a lot.

We chose this area because we needed to be close to the convention center. It was even closer than we realized! We were able to walk to beach, shops, so many restaurants. The apartment was perfect. The host was friendly and responded quickly. Highly recommend!
