Fully renovated bathrooms with new bathtub nice cabinets. Marble floors and full screen 60 inches plasma TV with home theater. Extra TV in bedroom as well. Extra twin bed in each bedroom available.
Can also be rented as a large 1 bedroom for a lower price please inquire

The building is very nice, perfectly located in the heart of everything on South Beach. I loved the security of the building for my family. Our particular unit was beautiful and everything we could have wanted and needed for our month long stay. The view of the city from the balcony was amazing. The owner, Ingrite was gracious, communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay and we’ll definitely be back!

El condominio está en un lugar excelente....
El departamento es muy cómodo, y está muy equipado, pero tiene decoración muy antigua, que la propietaria no permite utilizar libremente.
No volvería por diferencias con la propietaria luego de nuestra salida, aduciendo cosas que nosotros no hicimos.
