Summary:
Feel at home in this charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom retreat with a private Tiki Bar, hot tub, and garage! Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly Pompano Beach neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, pier, cafés & restaurants. Enjoy sunny Florida living with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, towels, linens, beach gear, and parking for 1 car in the garage plus driveway space— perfect for families & friends!
The Space:
The home can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a cover garage, beautiful living with Tv, formal dining, and pantry area with barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation, there is a laundry area with big washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with a king size bed and Tv, one of them with an in-suite bathroom with shower, the other one share a bathroom with tub features the third bedroom, it has two pull-out bed and Tv.
The backyard features a heater hot spa with lights and USB/Bluetooth connection, patio table, chairs, outside dining area, lounge chairs, and a stunning Tiki Hut with propane gas BBQ grill and a large granite countertop with barstools to enjoy a relax time at any time. It is surrounding fence providing a very private space for everyone!
There is a camera next to the front door for your and our security. There is NOT Tv in the Tiki Bar.
Enjoy extras like complementary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, and pool towels.
Upon request we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.
As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.
EXTRA FEES:
-Pets are Welcome ! The pet fee is $ 150 / pet per stay.
-The barbecue rate is $ 50 per complete stay, includes the propane tank and cleaning.
HOUSE RULES:
-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.
-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.
-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.
-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.
-Hot tube safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Very safe for walking or biking. 15 minute walk to Pompano Beach…or 5 minute bike ride. The beach at the pier has plenty of paid parking at fair price. Easy walk from the house to restaurants, grocery store, and shops on Atlantic Ave at the Inter coastal waterway. The property was clean and kitchen had enough basics for cooking. The living room was very comfortable with Large Smart TV. Dining room table was very large and had comfortable chairs. We enjoyed making puzzles on it. The 3 bedrooms were clean however we found the mattresses to be very firm. 2 main bathrooms were clean and had everything you needed to get started. We liked that they had plenty of storage. This was important to us since we stayed for a month. There is also a card and game table. We did not use it but if you enjoy poker and card games it is a bonus.The backyard is private and the hot tub was enjoyed quite a few nights. The tiki hut had nice lighting and had a large built in propane grill. We cook out quite a bit so that was a hit. There is an outdoor fridge and sink but neither were turned on. Didn’t bother us since we didn’t need to use them. The outdoor seating was comfortable however the owner needs to provide a large umbrella to provide shade. The patio is on the sunny side of the house. It did not bother us much because we rented in Feb/March when the temperatures were comfortable.There is a 2nd fridge in the garage which is a bonus for extended stays
